Nineteen stores participated in our annual Christmas decorating contest. As usual the judging was difficult as can be, because so many stores looked so wonderful. Many stores chose to decorate with an all-American Christmas theme, while others stayed with a traditional décor.
Cash prizes were to be awarded to a Grand Prize winner and six runner ups. Scoring was based on a "10" scale, with 10 being the highest. Believe it or not, we had TWO ties. Grand Prize was awarded to Big Boy #7--Summit St. and Big Boy

#29--Napoleon with 98 points each. We combined the monies from both Grand Prize and First runner up and split it between the two stores.
2nd Place--Ralphie's Findlay, 3rd Place--Ralphie's Oregon, 4th Place--Big Boy #22--Navarre Ave., 5th place (tie) Big Boy #9--Fremont and Ralphie's Franklin Park.
